Not sure what to do
Indecisive about if I should do a long water fast or eat low fat vegan and start jogging.

So these past few days I have been eating low fat vegan, but not jogging because I am having trouble sleeping at night, then I'm tired all day.
I keep having a lot of nightmares, maybe it's from my body detoxing, but it wakes me up every few hours and it's been hard for me to get a decent long nights sleep. I can only stay asleep for 1-3 hours at a time and wake up.
Haven't weighed myself but my stomach is bloated from this cabbage soup thing I have been eating for the past 2 days. I hate wasting food, but thinking of freezing the left overs and some cherries I just bought, and starting the water fast at mid-night tonight, which is a couple of hours away.
There area lots of physical health reasons I want to fast but also to gain a better sense of control over my life.
