Day 1 of Water/Juice Fast (very restricted)

It's now the evening of the first day, and I'm doing fairly well. I began my fast at 3:00am this morning after a final small meal of fruit yogurt, milk, and a tbls of codliver oil. I also took a natural laxative to get things moving. I plan to consume 3-4 pints of water daily with 1 tbls of freshly squeezed lemon juice added to each pint, and 1 cup of tea or freshly brewed black coffee. I did struggle with the temptation to quit several times today, but stayed strong until those brief moments passed. I also have a mild headache that started around mid-afternoon on the right side of my head mostly. I'm guessing it may be something with sinuses since there now seems to be some drainage happening. I also took a walk for 30 minutes at a comfortable 2mph this afternoon. Other than that there's not much else to report yet. I'm not new to fasting, and have done 1-8 day fasts many times, and been studying the benefits of various types of fasting over the last few years. I have attempted to get a much more lengthy water/juice fast under way more than a few times since the beginning of this new year, but just havent been able to get past the first day. This time though I feel ready and commited.I am not setting a number of days. Just taking it one day at a time for now.
