one week post fast
some good things some not so good!

i have not weighed myself again but guessing i would be the same. my week went as follows:
thurs - raw, run 4 mile
fri - raw, no exercise
sat - mostly raw, long walk on beach
sun - more cooked than no exercise
mon - raw, no exercise
tues - mostly raw, run 4 miles
wed - mostly raw, walk big lake and run 3 miles
i was hoping to juice three days a week but it didnt happen will try again next week. i wasnt very happy about having three days off exercise but will definatly fix that this week! when i say mostly raw it is generally raw all day and then for dinner raw salad and a piece of cooked protein - usually grilled fish or chicken.
i think i need to buy some scales to keep track and so i keep working towards the main goal which is 130pound!!! alcohol consumption was not good either.
