I love posting that headline! Woohoo very proud of myself i have proven i still have it in me to do this!! Feeling really good, tonight i walked around the big lake and did some weights etc. It feels like the exercise is here to stay. I dont know my weight exactly but judging on other fasts and how a few things fit i would say around the low 140's, with a loss of probably about 20 pounds. This is not really great I would love to be lower but i guess that is just how things work. I am nervous about ending in a sense but i know how to keep things on track so just have to put that into practice. I think i will still be doing quite a few 3-4 day fasts to get this weight off.
Breaking will involve juice for a few more days, i will have some soft fruit the first day (banana, watermelon seems to work)and moving onto some raw veggies the next day (maybe cucumber, advocado, carrot, tomatoe)but definately going by how i feel. Two or three days of this and i will probably introduce some cooked food, maybe steamed veggies, a very light homeade soup and then onto some steamed or grilled fish/chicken protein. It will all be done slowly over a week with the aim being predominatly raw for as long as possible and avoiding all processed food. Sounds like a plan now time to move on!
