Day 2
juice fast day 2. weight in
Date: 6/21/2011 2:31:46 PM ( 12 y ) ... viewed 37247 times Hello everyone :) so this is the end of day 2. I feel really good today, full of energy and positive emotions. The clarity of my mind is fantastic, it helps a lot to work on my research paper for university.
But something is really, really weird. We have a lot of food in the house that I usually like - candies, potato chips,meat, pasta etc. It is all in front of my nose, however, I'm not even looking at it. I'm not craving it, therefore, I'm surprised how easy this fast seems...Usually fasting seemed a struggle to me, but I guess not this time.
There is one thing that I would like to recommend to everyone. Trying fresh strawberry juice. Seriously, it's the most delicious thing you will ever drink..... it's sooooo yummmmmmmm. words can not describe it! and it takes just 30 seconds to make it. Just put the berries in your juicer (I use Jack Lalanne juicer) and voila! plus they are really juicy and you get quite a lot of juice out of them...
further more, the ones that I used today were from our own garden and 100% organic, without any chemicals.
my weight today in the morning was 144.1 lbs. it's more that 2 lbs loss, but it's just water weight.
