Late night snack
goat milk and big boxmart cereal...YUMMO

My usual snacks:
warm goat milk with protein powder
cereal
Tonight was a quick ride home. I was motivated to get home and get to bed early. Plus I left my spare change in my desk so no hangout money for the gas station. Anyhow, I've experimented with going to bed hungry and... IT STINKS. I wake up in the middle of the night with low blood sugar. When I wake up in the morning, I'm VERY hungry.
BTW, get yourself a handlebar mirror or a helmet mirror. I LOVE my handlebar mirror. Next purchase is a new helmet. I'm attached to my dilapidated helmet missing the clip. I have to tie it down to my head LOL. Gangsta.
Have a great weekend. It's my weekend to work but Monday is a long ride day for me so I'm going to rest this weekend (yeah right!).
