Clearer Skin & Afternoon Naps

I woke up super early to do the SWF & then ended up having a
super long nap in the afternoon.
By now, my skin is looking incredibly better..
I would even say that it looks like my wrinkles are disappearing.
I look a lot fresher & much younger..
I know I may sound like an advertising,
but come on, all of these results in 5 days?!
My lower back is starting to feel much better & I might even start
doing Yoga again today.
I did a long evening walk yesterday & my pace was a lot more
energetic than before the cleanse..
I am starting to have a more positive outlook on life & a lot of my
worries are starting to vanish, which is amazing!!
On a less positive note, the gums by my lower teeth were hurting A LOT last night.
I have been drinking the lemonade through a straw, so I don't believe that
the lemon juice is the problem..
I recently quit smoking, so that must be my gums healing?
For a few days now I have been able to feel my heartbeat in my gums at night..
If anyone else had that happening to them before, maybe you could give
me some advice..
