Pre-fast goals and measurements.

I used to be a thin girl... unbelievable if you were to see me now. I started my twenties weighing in at 115-120. It's about 10 years later and you wouldn't even recognize me. I've put on so much weight it's affected me significantly. I hate the way I look and feel... the way I move, the clothes I wear. I want to do a water fast for as long as I can so I can make a significant change in the way I look. I'm a little scared because I've never water fasted before, but I've read that water fasting for 10 days is just as effective as juicing for 30 days. That's pretty amazing. So tomorrow... well today, since it's past midnight, will be my first day. I'm going to weigh myself daily at night, track measurements, log body fat percentage, and journal detox symptoms as they occur. I want to lose weight, get good skin, get mental clarity, improve my spirituality, relieve my anxiety, rid myself of toxins, clear up my respiratory and eye problems, and get a hold of my food addiction.
