day 3 of my water fast
changed water today
Date: 6/4/2010 6:48:10 PM ( 13 y ) ... viewed 1789 times I'm about to go do a face mask and have a body scrub and a then will go to sleep.
Nothing to report on day 3, no BM/stool, 5 trips to the bathrooms.
I bought some distilled water this morning,been drinking it all day so I'm thinking to alternate with sping water, I don't know, maybe 5 days of each, we'll see.
ANyway, I'm not feeling tired one bit, and I'm wondering if the remaining 7 days are going to be that easy.
By the way, I haven't had a single cigarette since I've started fasting!
interesting, I don't even crave them! same for food, I'vebeen to the supermarket every day, and I see all these yummy things, andno reaction ( hum, I wonder if this is normal !) will investigate...
