How to ask (and not ask) Chef Jem questions regarding personal nutrition at All Experts.com

Effective and appropriate dietary changes require a certain kind of self-awareness and some attention to details. This requirement as well as all the self-knowledge that comes from one's own unique path of nourishment offers one a reliable light for dietary illumination.
The body is in an ongoing process of change. There are different processes going on and / or that can occur from one day to the next (and at times even more frequently) and therefore our nutritional needs vary according to what's happening in the body and in other ways (i.e. mentally, emotionally). The needs are very different when the body is in a state of repair than when the body has activated some kind of internal cleansing program. Therefore diets can vary according to many different nutritional needs. There are many other considerations as well. There is no one diet that "fits all" or even a certain age group or other generalization. Nutrition doesn't work on a group basis. It works individually within each individual body. Anyone with elementary level awareness knows that their body is individually their own and not as if it were a body part in a group body.
When asking questions about one's personal nutrition needs the more information that can be included regarding one's current diet, body type, health conditions, lifestyle, etc. etc. the better!
Here's how I responded to a question presented at "All Experts":
"I am a 12 year-old level 7 gymnast. I am trying to watch what I eat so I can become a better gymnast. I work out 13 hours a week. What should I eat and not eat everyday?"
Congratulations on your level of achievement as a gymnast! I really appreciate the abilities gymnasts have!
Unfortunately I have to reject your question as it does not appear to fall within the guidelines that I have stated in my required instructions:
In other words if you are wanting to begin making some improvements in your diet and are interested in suggestions that come from my particular perspective (as shown in my profile:
then you'll need to record what you are presently eating and include that with your question/s so that I can see what your diet consists of now and begin making some suggestions. You might also do a little preparation by reading something of Weston A. Price, The Weston A. Price Foundation, The Price-Pottenger Foundation and / or Nourishing Traditions (by Sally Fallon) to give you a better idea of where my expertise is and whether or not you want suggested guidance from that paradigm.
And guess what? She resubmitted her question and gave just enough information on her current diet that allowed me to respond. ("Responding" is according to my Human Design Type)
