"... the key thing we can say with confidence is that there are much higher levels of fat-soluble activators in grass-fed butter, egg yolks, lard, etc.
10-13 times more vitamin A in butter, 8 times more vitamin D in yolks, 12 times more vitamin D in lard--compared to conventional.
This is the real reason to eat grass-fed animal foods--not because of omega-3 fatty acids, and certainly not because grass-fed meat is leaner."
