Introduction
I am half-thrilled and half-scared but I am ready to go.
Date: 11/21/2009 7:49:32 AM ( 14 y ) ... viewed 895 times I came to curezone to journal my journey for the next 30 days, to share my story and to welcome support from others. I have reached a critical stage in the recovery where I am ready to sort out my health issues. My heart is in the right place and my mind is resolved.
For the next 23 days, I will be on a water fast followed by a 7 day break-fast. I am seeking to restore my sluggish metabolism, clear my severe eczema, shed excess weight, regain my sense of taste and smell, clear my mind and find peace. Adding to my life makeover at the end of the water fast is my self-reward, a hair makeover. About that same time, I shall be sitting for a medical test too, which is major for me(I am a medical student). Perhaps the part I am most nervous and excited about is seeing the man I love when he returns from overseas work on our 7th month anniversary.
I am half-thrilled and half-scared but I am ready to go. It is going to be one interesting ride.
