Master Cleanse Day 1

Ok, so I finally got around to starting my Master Cleanse. I weighed myself this morning and I was 146.4. The lowest I have gotten was 141.8 in the past month and a half and I quickly gained all the weight back :(
So anyways, I made some adjustments to the original Master Cleanse recipe only because I HATE the taste of maple syrup (unless it's on pancakes, and even then in minimal amounts). Also, I switched from lemons to limes because they are nearly half the cost and I'm a struggling college student :P Instead of the Grade B Maple Syrup I used Raw Agave (which is also cheaper and in my opinion tastes A LOT better... especially with the limes!!) You can buy it at Whole Foods. I bought my limes there too and they were almost as big as the lemons!
Here's my recipe:
2 tablespoons Raw Agave Nectar
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed organic limes
10 ounces of FILTERED water
pinch of cayenne pepper
So I actually like the taste of the limeade, as opposed to the original recipe which I have tried and I only lasted a couple of days because I couldn't stand drinking it.
Hopefully the tweaks don't change the results too much. So far I feel a little hungry but I haven't had that much of the lemonade because I've been so busy. I'm just so happy I can actually stomach the drink!! Yay!!
