Many of us go through life like we are on a conveyor belt being pulled along automatically after giving up on our dreams. On the conveyer belt we are looping in habits that leave us in inferior states of being such as ill health, lack of abundance, lonely and alone, etc. It’s not important to know how we got lost along the way, how we took on belief systems that led us into these negative states of being. It is much more important to reset our mind and get back in the driver’s seat so we can quickly attain our hearts desire in all areas of our life, be it health, wealth, relationships, or whatever area we would like to change for the better.
Our lives our shaped by our thoughts. Many of us have forgotten this simple notion. We create our reality literally and we do so at the thought form level. I think of it as code in the same way a computer functions. If you think of our minds as computer processors, the computer functions in specific ways depending on the software that is running. It is the same with us. What thoughts we have stored in our subconscious minds, filters our experiences and thus our reality. We are literally experiencing our lives through our thoughts from how we label and judge things to what feelings are connected to these stored thoughts.
Prevailing habits can be shifted quicker than most people think. Will power does not work in our favor. In fact it is actually a sure fire way to make these habits take deeper roots. The saying what we resist persists is at play here. When we try and over ride old habits through will power what we are actually doing is noticing and focusing on what we don’t want and because our minds can only focus on one thing at a time, guess what happens. Yes we continue to experience the very thing we want to change.
So how do we tackle this? We go right to the code level and use ways to leverage these thoughts to change. 95% of what we experience is being projected from our subconscious mind. So it makes sense then that we tap into this part of our mind to make necessary changes.
I will get into some of the most powerful ways to affect important changes at the subconscious level of minds that will then trickle forth into your life experience and affect everything from health to wealth and everything in between. Stay tuned.
