My plan for my fast
This is my fasting journey.

I plan to start a 30 day water fast tomorrow followed by an intermittent fast. My intermittent fast will consist of 2-3 days of water fasting followed by a day of eating raw. I originally planed on doing a full 92 day water fast but being that I have a young child and family to take care of I figured this might suit me best.
I have prepared over the past week for this fast by juice fasting and eating the odd piece of fruit and raw vegetables here and there. I am starting this fast very over weight I have over a 100 lbs to loose. I had a child a few months ago and put on a lot of weight during my pregnancy, the worse part was I was already over weight. I am trying to break my habit of emotional eating and my addictions to bad food as well as to get a jump start on my weight loss and over all health. My body needs a good detox. So I guess that is it for now. I will be documenting my fasting journey as much as I possibly can on here.
