You look and feel so much better than I imagined!
I feel great today. I think my energy came late, but here it is. I am doing work around the house and I'm not hungry, it feels like my body is at peace with no solid foods.
5:30pm: I was weak in the mind, I really almost quit. It's been a roller coaster today and Day 5, has to be the hardest so far. Tomorrow is Day 8. I don't want to gain this weight that I'm losing back! So, I've been reading what I should be doing on the ease out and how to keep it off in a healthy, moderate way. Stomach has been gurgling, little pain. Tongue is still white, I think I was really toxic before I started. I think 14-20 days should be my goal, but I'm so close to quitting that 10 is easier to think about. Slight headache. I'm really trying.
Tofu soup sounds delightful. I was drooling over a wheat thin earlier. Hang in there, you can do it.
