This morning was really rough. I have zero energy. Drank some Smooth Move instead of table sea salt again. Hee. No eliminations and I'm exhausted? Somethings up, maybe my body is working hard right now.
I put less cayenne in today, had heartburn all day yesterday. Lemonade making me feel a little stronger.
I've had countless thoughts of quitting. But I want the euphoria everyone keeps talking about between days 5-8! I want it!
I'm already figuring out healthy meals to cook, very exciting! I'm craving raw broccoli. Not ice cream, chips, but vegetables, raw. I was never a big veggie consumer so this is definitely something wonderful that's happening.
2:09pm: Darn it. Heartburn is back. My second bottle must have gotten most of the cayenne. Sigh.
My girlfriend just got off her 10 days a few days ago and didn't ease out very well, she pigged out on pasta and is now sick and when she got up the next day, all her bodyaches came back and she's bloated. She said she had severe stomach aches.
*Note to self: Do not pig out on pasta.
5:20pm: Going home soon from work. I can't finish my lemonade. Too much heartburn when I drink it. I only had about 20oz of it today. :( Even less cayenne for tomorrow. Feeling tired still. Had some BMs. Weird!
