Well, I took a week off to eat light meals and this time I didn't overeat. After 5 days I felt like I could resume eating my usual portions, and I felt great. I decided to urine fast for 3 short days to make sure I did a total of 10 days, but I should've just gone without it. I pigged out after my 3 day fast because of all the stress of school and other factors, so I'm kicking myself right now.
But my major concern of digestive disorders seem to have been eradicated, as that was my main goal. My allergies hopefully will not return, and my joints are less creaky. My acne overall is much less active, but I still get a little on my face. Overall this was a success but I could've done better. FASTING ON URINE (or water) definitely does wonders for your health, and I just wish I could take a whole month off strictly to concentrate on a urine fast and nothing else. I wish I found out about fasts a few years back, because this would've saved me a lot of anguish. Well, if anyone has any questions just reply and I'll try to respond as soon as possible. This fast was quite an experience, but when you have a lot of things going on it's a bad idea to do a fast. You need peace and tranquility, and nothing else.
