A little background of myself:
Body Type: Lean
Health issues: digestion, acne, dry/itchy bad skin, hay fever, allergies, creaky joints
Health habits: excellent; I eat very healthy and exercise routinely
Well this week I had no meat and ate mostly fresh fruits, veggies, rice, and some natto beans. Mentally I feel ready to go, but physically I do feel a little weak. This is my second 10-day urine fast, the last one was almost exactly a month ago. Why am I doing this again? I want to do it before we go into summer and also because I saw and felt the benefits from the first fast. My skin cleared up pretty nicely, joints weren't as creaky, hay fever disappeared, and most importantly my digestive problems were eradicated. I want to do another one in order to further enhance my new health and keep it strong. Also, I had problems controlling my appetite by overeating almost everyday in the days following my fast. This was disastrous for me, since it undermined many of the benefits I originally received from the fast. This time around, I am much more prepared so as to control myself and not over-indulge.
