Minerals, Vitamins, and Antioxidants

Like water, carbohydrates, protein, and fats, and the enzymes required to digest them, vitamins and minerals are essential to life. They are therefore considered nutrients, and are often referred to as micronutrients simply because they are needed in relatively small amounts compared with the four basic nutrients.

In addition to a proper diet, exercise and a positive attitude are two important elements that are needed to prevent sickness and disease. If your lifestyle includes each of these, you will have feel good and have more energy.

Nature has the answers we need to maintain our health, but you need to know what nutrients you are taking to make sure all the pieces of the puzzle fit together.

Do not fall for the gimmicks that most people fall for (myself included fell for these once).

The media and all the attention they put on what supposedly is a new found Herb or vitamin or mineral. Here's my point:

Does anyone remember when Ginko Biloba became extremely popular? It was like it was the best thing ever and don't drink anything else but this because its so great...

I'm obviously blowing it a little out of perportion, but you get my drift. They made it seem like it was the only thing to drink at the time. Now I think its Acai. There's NOTHING better!!!!! uh huh.

There are allot of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that we all need. An to say one is more important than the other is rediculous.

That would be the equivalent of someone coming on television and saying that your heart is more important than your lungs... HUH. You kinda need both to live how is one more important than the other?

Answer: They are not.

Getting your recommended daily dosages on fruits and veggies will help you extremely. There is a powdered drink that you can get called All day energy drink or Greens first. You mix some in a glass of water and this will give you your daily dosages. And you will feel extremely wonderful for doing it also.

Do your research on these two products find out for yourself. Challenge yourself to lern something that will benefit you every day. Especially when it comes to your health. Make it a priority. Your knowledge for the right things to do health related that it will out weigh all else.

People with the thirst for knowledge always get the benefit of knowing what to take. I was once like those who fell victim to believing you had to take this or take that on top of everything else just to stay healthy. What you end up doing is burning a hole in your pocket spending all your money on CRAP you don't need.

If you were to drink the alkalizing drink (reciept found in my comment section) you wouldnt really need any other kind of vitamins. Your getting it through the drink. Take your peroxide baths (you can find this reciept in the Moreless section. If you cant find it I can give it to you) and you should be able to maintain your pH.

These are just starters to help you on your pH.
