The Night Before Ugh, the tea. I am drinking a cup of Smooth Move Tea (the brand that is highly recommended by most users) and I absolutely hate the taste of Laxative teas but SMT is a little bit better than then Asian ones. I've been wondering if I could substitute the tea for Aloe Vera juice. Aloe Vera only has 4 calories and it's also a natural laxative. Add This Entry To Your CureZone Favorites!
