My name is Jessica and I'm 25 years old. I am a single mother to a beautiful little girl, she's 4. I want to set a good example for her and show her that eating healthy should be part of her lifestyle. I plan on going on a raw diet after I'm done with the cleanse, then maybe gradually introduce just fresh organic foods...much healthier foods! I want to keep the weight off and have much more energy. I work the night shift at work so having energy during the day is a major challenge for me. We both have some stomach issues mainly due to our digestive system not being able to handle dairy very well, so we'll both be cutting wayyy back on that. I'll post a picture as soon as I figure out how. Anybody know how that can help me? I downloaded the pic but can't seem to figure out how to get it in here.
I am super excited to start my journey to a healthier me! I am going to try my very best to follow the guidelines..no solid food at all! I know it is going to be hard, but hopefully knowing this going into the cleanse will make it a little bit easier for me. I am very motivated right now, lets hope that I can keep that up!
I went to Winco today and purchased my lemons(40) at 25 cents each which isn't bad, 4 gallons of distilled water (for now, I'll need more later), cayenne pepper, a juicer for my lemons and a couple of containers to keep my lemonade in. Then I bought sea salt and the grade B organic maple syrup at Trader Joe's, the syrup was very expensive! $19.00 a bottle and I'll need about 4-6 so i just bought two for now. Then lastly, I bought my Herb Laxative Tea at wholefoods market which is now my new favorite place! I am going to drink my tea tonight, then start in the morning (after me weigh-in which I will be doing daily) with the salt water flush, then my lemonade through-out the day! Wish me luck...I know I'll need it.
