Day 2&3

The worst is almost over

I am midway through my third day and it's going pretty well! Yesterday I had an orange juice in the morning with green powder, oil pulled, skin brushed and walked for 30 minutes. 30 minutes because it was drizzling a little..I wasn't planning on having another juice, since I was so weak but my mom offered to make me one. Hah. SO I requested pineapple! It was amazing! It takes over an hour to make a glass but it was worth it. I chewed gum a bit as well..but no more!

On my third day I did everything that I wanted, enema, oil pulled, walked (30 min) didn't really feel like walking today..hmm I'm about to make my second juice (carrots, apples and celery) before work.

TOday I am feeling a little empty..and I'm not speaking gastronomically. That too. Yesterday I was more weak, but today I am more emotional. I am just looking forward until my third day is over..

I am not feeling hungry at all. I don't really crave anything either. ALl that occurred yesterday. I am just imagining my goal and that keeps me going.
