ok, this is the story..im 22 years old and weigh 150lbs and im only 5'2..im going on this fast to try and lose a good amount of wight..i want my weight to be anywhere between 115-125lbs..so my fast consists of apples and water for the first 3 days or so...then ill move on to other fruits and vegetalbles..so itll be a raw foods fast plus water of course..all the while i will be taking other things to help with the cleansing process..like colon cleansing and detox teas...i read somewhere that the 3 day fast aka the apple diet consists of only apples and water for 3 days..nothing else must be consumed during this time...at least 8-10 glasses or water and appoximatly 8-10 apples...it didnt say wut kinda apples where best for the cleanse so ive chosen the green ones cuz they're my fave...i may eat some red ones too...so here i go..ive done good so far..lets just hope i make it the whole day without failing...ive tried fasting so many times and kept failing by the time i got home from work..i want to do this to better myself as well as my health...wish me luck!!!!
