Juice Fast Day 1

ok so I just started my juice fast again. I've been eating less and exercising every day for 1-2 hours and i seriously have not lost any weight.... I'm pretty desperate so I'm just going back to the juice fast, and I'm sticking to it this time!!! I hate the way the juice tastes luke warm, and even if I add ice, I don't like the consistency. Plus, I have to clean it out every time I use it. Whatever I better get used to it....
