4 days and counting

So today was pretty much the same as yesterday. I didn't sleep well again last night...fell asleep late and woke up several times during the night, plus I had to wake up earlier than usual. I survived the day and wasn't all that tired at work, I didn't crash until 4:00, which is when I'm finished seeing my last patient anyway. I have basically been drinking three glasses of juice 1/2 diluted with water, 36 ounces of water (I just can't bring myself to drink more)and two cups of tea. My plan is to up my water intake over the weekend and reduce the amount of juice I'm drinking. The night are still the hardest and I'm glad I have no food in the house, so I can't slip up. The only time I really miss food is at 10:00 PM, which is always the time of day where I over eat. I am hoping to retrain myself to cut out the late night snacking. So far I still have a pretty strong urge, but I have 17 more days to go. I also need to start being more active. The last few days I have gotten home at 6:00 and pretty much done nothing until bed. I need to try to go to the gym and at least do any easy workout. I also want to start meditating in order to manage my stress better. Hmmm looks like I have a lot of work to do. I weighed myself again today, 150, the same as yesterday. I was glad I didn't let it bother me though. I was 5 pounds heavier Saturday, so that is my focus. I'm going to try my best to get to bed now...
