Day 1 of a 20 day Juice fast.

So I went out on a whim and decided to start a fast 2 days ago. Not really enough time
to prepare my body, so we'll see how it goes. I just felt like if I thought about ti for too long I wouldn't do it. Anyway, here I am, almost done with day 1. I think it went fairly well. I have a slight headache and have felt a little tired, but all in all
I feel good. I usually don't eat much during the day, so the days are fine, it's the nights that will be difficult.
Bad habits developed during graduate school:
1. Not eating during the day
2. Eating too much at night
3. Eating too much candy/junk food
4. Snacking instead of eating meals
5. Eating 1 large meal per day
6. Drinking too much coffeeDay
7. Drinking too much alcohol
8. Not drinking enough water
I suppose I could go on here, but you get the point. I needed an intervention
before I completely let myself go. I have tried to modify my behaviors with some short-term success, but i am an all or nothing kind of gal. I am hoping to wipe the slate clean and introduce myself to a set of healthier habits in the future.
In addition, I am starting an exercise plan because ultimately I would like to drop 15-20 lbs.
Starting weight: 155
Goal weight: 135-140
