im 5 feet 6 in and weigh 158. i have decided to do a vegetable juice fast for 30 days due to my weight and the upcoming events in my life i will write everything in this blog. my juice fast will consist of raw vegetable but only some and mostly it will be only drinking v8 100% vegetable juices. i am very upset right now because i have tried to lose weight so munch but never succedded. only 1 year ago i was 125 pounds i gained like 40 pounds in maybe 3 months i am right now a size 11 before i used to be a size 3 on juniors and feel very upset. all this past year i have tried to lose weight by healthy diet and excercise but havent succeded so now its the rough way for 30 days. i have done lots of research over the vegetable fast and have come to like it and plus you can expect great fast weight loss so i wanna see if this is the final answer to my weight problem and plus i need to regain my shape because in 35 days i will go to aquatica with some friens and need to wear a bikini so yea. at first i told my sister i was doing this she said why/ because i dont look fat with jeans and a tee but with a bikini i look loke a wale so im going to lose weight. hope you stick with me for my 30 days!!!
