Day 13

only 7lb in 13 days :(

Well I'm down to 151lb...21lb to go. I think I'm going to water fast over the weekend because I'm not losing the weight fast enough. 7lb in 13 days? Somethings no right here. I'm not even drinking that much juice. This is so frustrating. I'm also having problems with my boyfriend at the moment which REALLY doesn't help. I'm so used to eating when I'm pissed off. I haven't had the energy to use the elliptical machine...I've been walking instead but I'm going to have to start using it again if I really want to lose weight.

I'm surprised I've gotten this far. I've been in such a bad mood these couple of days...probably because I'm not eating. But I've heard most people say they're moods are usually better when they're fasting.
