Day 12 of Juice fast

Date: 8/7/2008 6:15:48 AM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 2297 times I'm getting really irritated now. I've been the same weight for 5 days. Has anyone else had a problem with the scales not budging in the second week? I'm wondering if the weight will just suddenly drop off.
People are saying that I'm starting to look slightly slimmer and I'm getting a lot of compliments on my skin. I'm really obsessing over this fast, I'm constantly reading up on other peoples experiences and their weight loss.
The first week I did mild exercise, but this week I'm really going for it. 1 hour on the elliptical machine. I didn't feel like doing it yesterday so I walked to the science museum instead...overall I must've walked for about 6 hours yesterday. I don't feel hungry...I rarely do but I so badly want to put something in my mouth. I also measured myself and it seems like I've lost an inch around my thighs, calves and waist but now I'm not sure if I measured myself correctly in the first place. I don't think it would be that easy to lose inches just like that. I don't know, maybe I'm wrong. Did anyone else lose an inch in the second week?
I'm driking 3 glasses of juice in total a day. 2 glasses of vegetable juice and 1 glass of fruit juice. I've also started to drink around 2-4 cups of green tea a day...everyone says its good for you and speeds up your metabolism so I thought it's worth a shot.
