Juice fast day 3

Broken fast, but tomorrow is a new day!!

ok so I broke down today and had some salad, unjuiced!! It was so delicious, however my stomach did not think so and half way through eating it I got this grumble in my stomach and next thing I know I was running to the nearest bathroom. The good thing thing is that my bowels actually feel empty now, it feels good haha. Oh yeah maybe that bit of enchilada had something to do with it :0 don't judge me!! It was only one bit. One amazing bite *sigh* I'm proud that I actually stopped myself before I went overboard lol. Tomorrow is a new day and I'm going to start all over again until I finally get to 30 days!!!
