Day-4 Water Fast

Mentally I am always exhausted but physically I felt wake.

Yesterday after work hours I came home and didn’t nap. I wasn’t hyper or awake but busy working on my garden. Eventually it began to rain and by 9PM I went to bed. I woke up soon after at 10:30PM thinking I had been asleep for hours. I went back to sleep to be woken up by my period. My heart was beating fast and I didn’t feel physically tired. Mentally I am always exhausted but physically I felt wake. I finally made myself go back to bed and tossed and turned the rest of the morning till 5AM when I woke up.

My legs still feel tired and I am sure I am the walking dead. I want to sleep so badly but I have to work. 3PM after work I will be napping.

My breath smelled pretty awful this morning so I washed and brushed with benzoyl peroxide. My breath smells better but I know by 12PM I will start smelling again.
