Day-2 Water Fast

Yesterday I came home from work around 3:30PM. Within twenty minutes my clothes were off and I was hiding under the covers napping. I slept till 5:30PM. I then woke up and kept up till 11:30PM. The rest of the night was typical. I had to wake up about five times in the night to pee. I didn’t drink a lot of water yet I had to pee. By the time I felt just right to sleep it was 4:30AM, time to wake up and go to work.
Today feels typical. I feel exhausted and disinterested in work. It would be nice if I had a bed under my desk.
Over two months ago I had walking phenomia. It has finally cleared up except for a lingering cough and the daily need of blowing my nose. I usually never get sick and when I do it doesn’t drag on for months. I am sure my new job has stressed me out and this is how my body is reacting. I hope this fast will clear out whatever is keeping me sick.
I don’t plan on breaking fast till the end of August.
