Date: 5/6/2008 10:15:21 AM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 2282 times i feel pretty good today...i made it through my worst days! although, i kinda remember a couple of others during my last fast that i had a hard time with also...
starting weight: 131
weight: 126
i might have to quit if i lose too much weight...i think the unhealthy weight for being 5'6'' is under 117 (plus i haven't been that weight since i was in high school!!) if i remember correctly, i started not losing any weight after awhile anyway...unless it is different this time.
i didn't have enough time to make a juice before work today so i have to run home at lunch which is annoying...i actually think that the very worst thing about this juicing thing is having to clean out the goddamn juicer after every use...
i have been quite active the past couple of days...i wasn't as much during the last fast. i guess it being warmer and not bleak winter has something to do with it:).
