I feel so great! I've been quite busy lately, and noticed I have not even been thinking of food. The juice keeps me perfectly satiated, and I've been so busy that there's not been much time to think of it anyway. I had a great job interview today and I'm really happy with how it went, and I'm feeling great! It's amazing the difference I'm feeling between this and my water fast - I felt like I could barely even function minimally when water fasting.

My skin is usually very clear, but I had been having very late nights and was falling asleep doing work and didnt wash my face until the morning for about a week or so prior to this cleanse, so I had 2 pimples going into this, but I noticed that when I began, they were on their way of going away, but now theyve kind of come back and I've broken out a bit on my chin. My tongue is starting to get a bit coated but nothing serious - it seems pretty much a delayed / slower progression of my water fast last year. I'm going to weigh in this weekend and then start once a week from there.
