Can someone help meeeee

I don't really know what's going on, or what i'm doing wrong. Experienced users, pleaseeee shed some light!! I've been stuck at 135-136 for almost a week now. I'm still taking in only water, and i even done a salt water flush last night (amazing all the gunk that came out!) Although i felt muchhhh lighter, i was still the same weight throughout the day, and this morning.
The ONLY thing i can see that MAY be making a difference, is that ive been making new recipes for my husband since he works so much. I Taste it (ie...i put it in my mouth, chew for a second, then spit it out) I never ever swallow it, and then i brush my teeth and rinse with water. Could this possibly be making such a big difference?
On the atkins diet...u hit a stall after a few weeks. No weightloss for a week or 2, then something happens called a "whooshie fairy" meaning out of no where, u drop a couple pounds. Does this happen with fasting too? I'm trying to get to 135 (120 is my long term goal, but 125 is satisfactory) Maybe its because i only have 10 more to go?
im just blurting thoughts into space haha but insight, PLEASEEE!!! I have 20 days to lose these last 10 pesky poundaroos
Oh, and if it helps at all, i'm on day 15
Heres a before of me (not all lost with fasting, the first 25-30 was with atkins)
Now( i look muchh bigger than most girls in the 130s for some reason. I still see myself as a fat cow)
