2 Large Stones
Record size stones (for me, anyway)

My last three flushes, have been good, but not spectacular. Have not written about them. A lot of floating sludge (small brown) and a few dozen small green stones. All three the same. This last one was completely different.
So what did I do differently. In the prior 4 days I had been primarily eating vegetarian. I drank smoothies of fruit and smoothies of vegetables. I added moong beans as a protein and carb source. I started using those foot detox pads … same 4 days and they do get disgusting. Over the last couple of weeks I’ve been supplementing with Cal/Mag, Omega-3 and just started CoQ10, all for other reasons. Today as with the last few, I ate a lot of almonds, also for other reasons. (They actually are a fat source) and NONE of THIS may have any relationship to my results, but that is what I have been doing differently.
So, my day after as usual, started with diarrhea with a few marble size stones (a little bigger than usual). Each elimination had couple that size as well as a lot of smaller stones. I followed with 2 cups of water w/EmergenC , followed by 2 quarts of SW (1 quart an hour apart). They were pretty good rinses with a few more marble size stones over several eliminations, including an adequate number of smaller stones. All this before noon.
Drank another 2 cups of water w/EmergenC and follow an hour later with another quart of salt water. (around 1:30 pm)
Very surprisingly, I DID NOT have an elimination from this third quart. By 3pm, I was drinking more water, having a yogurt, having some canteloupe and later a mix of moong beans, brocolli and peas.
No eliminations …. Until about 6:30.
One thing came out: :-0
Wow. 2 hours later. One more thing came out.
Double WoW.
Nothing came out with the earlier saltwater. And with this, nothing else came out. Not a speck … and in virtually clear water. It is what it is.
I’ve done this 3 ½ years and never anything like it.
