Day 5 (Morning)

The last day of a perfect fast.

Hello, Day 5! I am estatic!! I set the perfect goal, and am going to end this fast tomorrow having accomplished exactly what I set out to do!! Rarely can I say that about weight loss. I just feel fabulous. I have tons of energy. Yesterday night, I walked at 3 mph, 2% incline for 55 minutes, and ran at 4.6 mph for five minutes. Unfortunately, after that routine at 10 p.m., and the coffee I had around two, I had a troubled sleep. My reward? 163.5 on the scale, another lb down, for a total of 9.5 in four days!

I took a lot of pleasure in grocery shopping this morning. I bought some raw things, salad fixings, grapes, some fresh juice, etc. I also bought some x-lax in case I have issues with digesting. Tomorrow will be a great day!

Back to today though, I think that knowing that I am this close is going to help, but I know that the day is going to be long. I am "working from home," but my older daughter has the day off from school, so it's going to be not-so-routine, to say the least. I can handle it though! I know I can. I plan to take her shopping and to a pedicure.
