a little tired

still going strong feeling the boredom creep in everynow and then but trying to stay focused on the goal. felt like i needed more juice today so i had 2 oranges juices and some mc lemonade. i also had a wheat grass shot which was disgusting!!!! couldnt get rid of the taste for a few hours but i somehow need to increase my greens intake considering i hate veggie juice. i am giong to try next week though. i also need to increase my water intake. probably becasue i am having so many lemonades i am not thirsty but i know water is necessary for the detox and cleansing.
i am still having quite a few BM's on my own which is good becasue i loath taking something to get me going. however i will say oxypowder is by far the best i have ever tried. so that is what i will take if i go a day without elimination.
i woke up feeling really tired today, took the kids to school adn then went back to bed .. i didnt have to be at work for a few hours and oh my gosh it was a heavenly sleep...if i wasnt working today i wouldve had a healing day in bed with a book napping all day and maybe an easy walk. but unfortunately work was on the agenda.
exercise has not being somethign i am motivated with yet but again not pressing it until next week. then it is going to be an onslaught to get that lean muscler adn healthy feeling. love it when your body gets fit and you feel so agile...not the case at the moment but its all good... moving in the right direction.
definately detoxing white tongue and yellow in my eyes cant wait to look in the mirror and see white clear eyes!!! bad breath as well. i love night tiem the most at the moment i indulge in a really long hot shower and i have an excellent book to read. i feel so happy i made it thru another day. mornings are ok i am not noticing too much of a difference yet. but i remember on my 30 day fast i woke up one morning and just went oh my gosh this is what you are meant to feel like..so really looking forward to that feeling.
i am down 5 pds which is good but dont feel like i have lost any inches as yet. i dont expect to lose much the next few days. it probably wont be until next week around day 10 or 11 that i will notice the difference in size. right now i just feel less bloated and less puffy...still too heavy for my body but i will get there! pants are a little more comfortable but that really is becasue there is no undigested food sitting in my stomach making my spare tire pop out! now theres a lovely visual for you! hahahaha!
