here I am at day one

today I made an empowering decision.to do a whle 30 days eating fruit.I feel very exited about it!

I love fruit,and when I have fruit I feel amazing.

so here I am at day one,29 days left to go!I am looking forward to the challenge,the journey.
I am looking forward to seeing the difference in myself in many ways at the end!
