T-minus 1 day Day before the start of my diet. I was diagnosed with PCOS in July and the doctor put me on a metformin which made me very sick and not to mention it didn't do a thing for me. I knew before then that something was wrong with me. I had gained about 80 pounds in less than 2 years without changing anything. My periods have completely stopped. So I am going to try using this diet as a way to eliminate the PCOS, Start my period, eliminate all the toxins from my body (which I am convinced caused the PCOS), lose weight, and start ovulating.
