Fourth Day...Cravings Suck 19 y
I HATE cravings...
Well, I’ve chosen to supplement my fast with some protein liquids and powders (neither of which count as ”food”) I don’t care if it’s not ”fasting” if i supplement with protein because at this point, I just want to lose 20 pounds and get my hair to stop falling out.
I used to be a hard-core Binger (2 whole months of BlackJack’s cinnabread *damn it’s goodness*, pop-tarts and spam) and since the second night, the cravings have been hitting HARD! I'm on my way to health!
Alright, yesterday went great. I felt good about myself for actually being able to start and now that i have it’s just smooth sailing (except for detox symptoms, but oh well) I havnt had an enema because i cant and i havent had lax tea yet because i havnt gotten any. I figured this isnt too big a deal because im only 14 and the buildup in me cant be that bad.
Today is starting a little slow, no detox symptoms yet, but my hair is still falling out, maybe even more so and im so scared. I dont even care about losing weight with this fast, i just want my health back so my hair will stop falli ... read more Well, I start in 2 days 19 y
Can i take supplements on a juice fast with protein powder? If im only 14 do i HAVE to do a colon cleansing?
I’ve never done a juice fast, but i have done short water fasts before. I have a couple of questions.
1) can i take supplements and protein powders as a part of my fast?
2) If im only 14, do i have to do any colon cleansing or would it still be helpfull?
