Incredible pain... not worth it (for me, at least)
Ok, seriously, what a DRASTIC change from Day 1. Day 2 was seriously the worst day ever. I feel like my intestines came out of my body today. I woke up and had my normal 4-cup SWF drink, and seriously, within seconds, I felt like I wanted to pass out. My stomach was cramping and hurting to the unbearable degree. I laid in bed in the fetal position for about 3 hours.. and went to the bathroom like 5 times... but I was a trooper and kept drinking the lemonade/cayenne mixture. No hunger, no pain, amazing!!!
WOW! Today was amazing! I did the Salt Water Flush (SWF) in the morning, and then ”eliminated” twice within the next hour after that. I will definitely say that you want to keep the water in your SWF mixture warm because it’s hard to drink 4 cups of salt water when it’s cold. Anyway, the 2 times I went to the bathroom were my total ”eliminations” for today. I ended up drinking 8 glasses of the mixture. I can honestly say that I was not hungry AT ALL any part of today. My Master Cleanse grocery list as well as some thoughts.
I’m so excited about starting the Master Cleanse diet! I have read a lot about it and truly feel this is one of the best ways to cleanse my body of all its impurities. Below is a list of all the things I bought today to prepare for the diet:
-12 lemons (because it’s not lemon season, I couldn’t buy them organic)
-100% Organic Grade B Maple Syrup (from Whole Foods - $12)
-100% Organic cayenne pepper ($5)
-Organic Yogi Tea ”Get Regular” laxative tea( ($5)
-Sea salt ($2)
