Master Cleanse Day 2

OK, so Day 1 went off fairly smoothly with only a couple episodes of hunger. I went to a movie with a friend and the smell of the popcorn was driving me crazy. I focused on the movie and soon I noticed the growling stomach had subsided.
I did the tea last night and I woke up with stomach cramps this morning. Did the saltwater flush about a half hour ago and I’m waiting for those effects to kick in. Just made the day’s quantity of Lemonade and I’m drinking the first glass.

Did the Smooth Move tea last night and didn’t really mind the taste. It actually didn’t really have a taste, not sure if I didn’t steep it long enough. Results were pretty non eventful. I did have some cramps this morning, but they turned out to be gas. I did go immediately to the bathroom this morning, but it really wasn’t much more than I normally do in the morning.

Master Cleanse day before
7:35 PM -
The night before. I went to Whole Foods earlier today and picked up everything I needed. I couldn’t find cayenne pepper for the life of me, so I’m going to run around the corner and grab some from the local supermarket in a few. Will do my first tea tonight and kick everything off with the Salt Water Flush (SWF) tomorrow morning. Excited and a bit nervous. I’m expecting massive headaches the first two days since I won’t be having any caffeine.
