Okay, where shall I start? Perhaps with my worst nemesis and addiction, the double vanilla latte..da da da da!
Yes, this creamy concoction of caffeine and milk has been a stumbling block of mine for quite a while now. I have vowed to give this drink up at least a million times only to awake the next day and stumble blindly to the coffee shop like a junkie looking for a fix.
Oh, and it’s not only once in the morning, I often go for seconds and if it’s a really stressful day, maybe a third.
It’s shameful, I know. First of all, let’s start with the milk. Now it’s common knowledge these days that milk is only good for baby cows. Humans have no business drinking it, especially the pastuerized, homogenized, antibiotic, hormone and steroid ridden concoction that we have today. But...it can be oh so addictive.
