Today is day 7 of my new launched juice fasting. The lenghth of the fasting is not defined. I will stop when I do not feel any pain on my lower back and spine. Today, I feel a bit tough.I am not feeling well on the liver.It tells me it is in detox. It is so sunny today, I tried to read in the garden under the sunshine and felt very warm. I decide to allocate a fixed time in the early morning to do prayer and meditation and let holy spirit to guide me to go through all the tests.
