Just to give you some information about myself - I am a 37 year old male who used to be average weight but I have gained about 40 lbs over the past 5 years. (200 lbs) I am doing the cleanse not to lose weight, but to rid myself of all the toxins in my body. I thought the positive effects of the cleanse would be a good prelude to maintaining healthier eating.
