Ohh where to begin. 3 years ago I was much healthier, but when I started my business my health was neglected and up the weight went and ohh do I feel old for being 30. But anyways today I’ve started a juice fast for the next 30 days to try and regain some of what I’ve lost. I’m tired of being tired all the time and just shoving suedo-healthy food into my body. But I can already tell this is going to be hard, but it should be worth it. And I can only expect business and my health to improve over this time.   visit the page
