Day 1 MC: Back Again, for a Second Fast. 17 y
Day 1 of my master cleanse, the beginning of better health.
This time I am going to do the Master Cleanse, and I aim to go for 10 days or more depending on how I cope with it (hopefully really well.)

What has really made me want to start back again is my damn headaches I’ve been getting, they are really annoying and I feel it is definitely time for another detoxification.
