So, today I had a run-in with the dreaded ”regular” doctor who didn’t have the results of my heart tests . . . not for another two weeks!? Long story. Checked the splotch on my leg, said it was inflamation . . . prescribed hydrocortisone and gave me xanax for anxiety. I requested it because I’m at my absolute wit’s end, and until I find something that works for anxiety (natural), I’m doing this route. I tried Gaba before, but since it doesn’t break the blood-brain barrier, it only made me have aural hallucinations and was weird.
